Hello - I want to print a topic from a bible dictionary and instead of just having the scripture address referenced behind a statement  - i would like to have the full text - does anybody know if that is possible?

Example

It is revealed by his mighty acts of salvation and deliverance (1 Chr 16:24; Pss 72:18, 19; 96:3; 145:10–12; Jn 11:4, 40). His glory is the theme of the praise of men (1 Chr 16:24–29; Pss 29:1, 2, 9; 66:1, 2; 96:7, 8; 115:1; Is 42:12; Rom 4:20; Phil 2:9–11).

Is there a way for the scripture references to be the actual text?

Thanks

Welcome to the forums. No. The quickest method I know is to create an empty passage list, copy the text you've provided into the clipboard, add the clipboard to the passage list ... you now have all the verses with their text.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    Welcome Lawrence

It is not possible to replace the bible references with their text. But you can use Power Lookup (Tools menu) to expand and  copy/paste or print those references.

Hello Dave - Thanks for the Power Lookup reminder! - Printing the references from it gives me exactly what I need.  I was struggling with cutting and pasting given the references were scattered throughout the definition of the word.

Hello MJ - Thanks for responding and for the forum welcome !  I had been cutting and pasting and it was working but given the text references were scattered throughout the definition - it was time consuming.  Using the "Power Look Up" move suggested by Dave and printing it was a great reminder.
