When I click on the Logos Bible Software 4 icon, it opens a window saying "logging in" then it says "preparing your files" and disappears. Nothing opens up after that initial window opens. In a previous post by another person, I saw how to check to see if I have the files in my users library, app support area and they seem to be there. Any ideas why it is not working?
