HELP: Can't turn active reference visual filter off by default
Just wondering if anyone is experiencing same problem I am and (if so) if you found a solution since support can't seem to help me.
Running Logos 9 on Macbook Pro. Anytime / every time I open a new resource with a Bible window open, the new resource window automatically opens with active reference visual filtering on and jumps to an active reference. It is as if this visual filer is now on by default.
It then requires I manually turn off the active reference filter for that resource every time I open that resource. Does this for every resource that has an active reference for passage I have open every time I open that resurce. Not only is it a hassle but it is a constant distraction.
I've tried everything I know to do and support said there is no default choice for this in settings (which I had already discovered). Support's only suggestion was to request that this "feature" be added to the next update / upgrade.
If you have any suggestions or have found a way to resolve such a problem, please let me know. Thx & cheers!

Hi Darren - and welcome to the forums
It then requires I manually turn off the active reference filter for that resource every time I open that resource. Does this for every resource that has an active reference for passage I have open every time I open that resurce. Not only is it a hassle but it is a constant distraction.
If you hover your cursor to the right of that setting you should see a small arrow. Click that for a dropdown menu with an option to disable this feature in all resources
Does this give you what you want?
