Transfering to new computer, lost a few books and all notes
I just bought a new computer because Logos 8 performed very poorly on the old one. I downloaded logos 8 and signed in, downloaded my library and it's missing some books and all of my notes.
I opened Logos on the old computer, the books that I'm missing now show as "resource is no longer in your library". However, the notes still show up in the old computer.
FYI, I am a former WordSearch user, some of the books that I have were from WordSearch and I received a few when it was bought by FaithLife. It looks like I have all of the WordSearch books but not the ones augmented from FaithLife.
Any ideas how to solve this?

I found a solution for part of this issue. I noticed that as the cursor traversed the blank Notes pane I was seeing tool tips popup which seemed to indicate that there was actually data present in the pane that could not be seen. I changed the Default Notes font in the Program Settings and now all of the notes are visible.
I still have the problem of some FaithLife resources not being available.

I've had this same problem in the past and reported it but never got a fix on the forums or through customer service. However, the problem kind of fixed itself over time (I'm not sure how).
However, hopefully Faithlife can do a better job than that in your case.

I suggest you try the free update to Logos 9 and report any issues in the Logos 9 forum.
