How do I search for all of the names in Romans?

I would use a Louw-Nida search for the Persons domain

You can run a concordance search on Biblical Entity and then choose Person from the sidebar. That will give you all the names in Romans and a few other things like Baal, Judge, etc. See the screen print below. One caveat, the first time you run it for your favorite Bible, it will take 2 to 4 min. After that it is instantaneous until an update comes through, which will make it take longer again.

You can also open the Bible Explorer from tool and enter Rom 1-16 and then just open the Biblical People section.
