Is Factbook information curated information?

In the new supercharged Factbook, is the information hand curated or is a report generated that is based on what a person has in their Logos library? Will someone with a different resources in their Logos get a different Factbook report than I get?

For example, is the Key Article always in Lexham Bible Dictionary, if there is a relevant article? Can the key article be changed if a person has prioritized another Bible dictionary above LBD?

    is the information hand curated

Most of it is, but some is based on library searches.

Yes. Many sections will only show information from resources you have downloaded. A few sections will show information from all resources, including those you do not own.

    Yes.

There is a fixed list of resources that are preferred as a source for Key Articles. If a reference is not found in those resources, then Factbook will fall back to looking up an article in a limited subset of resource types using your custom prioritization.

Fixed, but varying between Logos and Verbum.

    Correct. Also varying by language.
