Indexer freezes - unable to Search - please help

I thought maybe no one sees it as I posted in the thread on the availability of 9.6 Beta 1. Can I get a little help from FL on this, what's the guidance? The Indexer freezes, it never gets past 68%, now it doesn't run at all, I have no Library index, Searches produce 0 results. It's been over a day since a FL employee replied.
