I am looking for some good resources on the doctrine of union with Christ.. I cannot seem to find any that deal directly with that specific doctrine. Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
Upon reflection, I remembering it being discussed in Chafer's systematic theology, and John Walvoord's Holy Spirit.
I'm not sure which resources you have but I created the following in 10 minutes using the new Export feature in the current beta and MS Word. See if this helps you out any.

Just preached on that.
In my Library I bookmarked:
ISBE: In the Lord
DPL (Dictionary of Paul and his letters): In Christ, also see page 98, 'The En Christo Formula'
Evangelical Dictionary of Biblical Theology: Union with Christ
New Dictionary of Theology: Union with Christ
Grudem's Systematic Theology, Chapter 43, Union with Christ
Christian Theology (Erickson): Union with Christ
Great Doctrines of the Bible, Vol. 2 (Lloyd-Jones): Chapter 11, Union with Christ
Non-Logos: James Stewart - A Man in Christ (I don't agree with all he says, but worth consulting)
Many systematic theologies have a section on that:
Grudem, W. A. (1994). Systematic theology : An introduction to biblical doctrine (840). Leicester, England; Grand Rapids, Mich.: Inter-Varsity Press; Zondervan Pub. House.Swindoll, C. R., & Zuck, R. B. (2003). Understanding Christian theology (963). Nashville, Tenn.: Thomas Nelson Publishers.
Reymond, R. L. (1998). A new systematic theology of the Christian faith (736). Nashville: T. Nelson.
Erickson, M. J. (1998). Christian theology (2nd ed.) (961). Grand Rapids, Mich.: Baker Book House.Strong, A. H. (2004). Systematic theology (793). Bellingham, Wa.: Logos Research Systems, Inc.
Hodge, A. A. (2009). Outlines of Theology: Rewritten and Enlarged (482). Bellingham, WA: Logos Research Systems, Inc.
Berkhof, L. (1938). Systematic theology (447). Grand Rapids, MI: Wm. B. Eerdmans publishing co.
As do theological dictionaries:
Elwell, W. A., & Elwell, W. A. (1997). Evangelical dictionary of biblical theology (electronic ed.). Baker reference library; Logos Library System. Grand Rapids: Baker Book House.Ferguson, S. B., & Packer, J. (2000). New dictionary of theology (electronic ed.) (697–698). Downers Grove, IL: InterVarsity Press.

Thanksguys... I had previously gone over most of those resources. Some new ones thatI do not have that I will be looking to purchase is
UnderstandingChristian theology
R.L. DabneySystematic theology ( btw could not locate this one)
Abstract of SystematicTheology by James P. Boyce.
Has anyone wrote a book thatspecifically deals with this topic?
See my non-Logos recommendation above. Stewart took the view that the key to understanding Paul and his theology was not ideas like justification and imputation but the phrase 'in Christ.' His book is an elaboration of that theory (over pressed in cases IMO). It contains a wealth of great thinking about the subject. Unfortunately I don't know of another volume dedicated to the subject.
In Logos I think Millard Erickson's and Wayne Grudem's treatments were the most useful to me.
I have not read it (and it's not in Logos), but James Boice references a book by A.W. Pink called Spiritual Union and Communion.

Thanks... Erickson is good. Augustus Strong is pretty exhaustive. Stewart is probably what I am looking for, from what you said he seems to follow Calvin.
