Writing a Sermon on iPad results in not being able to export slides to powerpoint

I have been writing sermons on my iPad with the new mobile update for Sermon Builder. One thing I've noticed is that if you build slides on the iPad, you are unable to export ANY of them when you're back on your desktop. 

I can recreate this issue only when I edit the text in a slide on my iPad and then try to export later from my desktop. 

Additionally, I have gone back and redone on the slides on my desktop but the slides still will not export from that particular sermon.

    Hi Dan

    This sounds strange - and I've just tried it and it seemed to work fine.

    I created a slide in a sermon on the iPad and was then able to successfully export all of the slides when on my desktop. Is that the same process you are following?

    If so:

    • which version of the mobile app are you using (I am using the beta version)?
    • what are you trying to export to (I was exporting to PowerPoint)?

    Dan,

    I'm sorry that you are experiencing this error.  The good news though is that we were made aware of this issue a few weeks back and our development team has resolved the issue and it will be going out as a fix in the near future.
