EBook to Logos research

I'm now at the point where all of my old WordSearch resources are available in Logos. However, some of them are eBook which for what they are is not very useful (specifically Thompson Chain Reference and a few commentary series).

Is there something that indicates whether these are going to move to the Logos Research format or are they considered finished now that they're in eBook format?

    Faithlife has undertaken to move as many Wordsearch products as is 'possible' to Logos Research Editions on a rolling program.

    Initially, they underestimated the amount of time it would take to work through the catalogue but tranches of books are issued on a regular basis.

    Faithlife have never mentioned it yet in public but I would guess there will be some esoteric resources that were so entwined with the Wordsearch programming that Faithlfe my throw in the towel. That is my guess and I have no doubt that even if the guess is right all book type resources will be moved up eventually.

    I understand, from other posts, that the Thompson's stuff is being actively worked on as a lot of Wordsearch users have requested that this resouce be prioritised.

    For a lot of the books, eBook will actually be just fine as they are basically books. It's nice (but not necessary) that verses are functioning hyperlinks and the like, but not a big deal. I was more curious if there is way to know which ones they intend to take to Logos Research format and which ones they intend to leave as an eBook. 

    Timing isn't super critical. I can still use WordSearch if I need to or even my print copy of Thompson's, but when these last few commentaries and Thompson's are in Logos Research, I can finally uninstall WordSearch. 

    And I have to say, I have been pretty happy with the switch over. I'm not super concerned that they under estimated the transition effort. I just like that I finally have software where multi-monitor is not a buggy after thought and when I pull up the program, it doesn't crash as often as it runs. So I'm looking forward to the day I can uninstall WordSearch!

    I think you can safely assume that all commentaries, bibles, Group Studyt Guides and reference type resources will be full Logos editions. Others will be a mixed bag of "Logos Research" & "Logos Reader" editions.

    FWIW it's looking like an update to Thompson's will be available in July.
