What do you call the menu that is shown below?

Out of interest, I tried to replicate the panel and can't get anything like it.
I'd call it "right-click menu"

I think of it as the "context menu" but would call it the "right-click menu" or refer to right-clicking to invoke it, since forum users may not always be clear about what is meant with a "context menu".
