Filter to see highlights only?

After reading and highlighting a book I want filter all but the highlighted portions so that just my highlights are in view.  When I open the sidebar and click on "notes" and then click on "highlights" it shows the highlighted text and the context.  All I want to see is the highlighted test.  Can that be done?  Thanks for your help.

Try doing an Inline Search for Highlights instead using {Highlight *}
