Price for NICOT

I'm really finding it difficult which to choose. Logos has the NICOT for a mere $817.74 Canadian and that is the so called dynamic sale price! 

Esword on the other hand has it for a whopping $194.30. Has anyone an idea as to why Logos is charging this much difference?
