Who Switched Off My Brain -> Need for citation

My friend is writing a book. There es an qutation from Dr. Caroline Leaf that the conscious mind can process up to 20 thousand bits per second. 1. This isn’t a FL resource and I doubt you will find someone with it here.
2. Your friend should not be citing a source of a source. If s(he) didn’t get the quote from the book s(he) shouldn’t cite it as if s(he) did.
