You can't create one. If there IS a TOC, you access it the same way you access the verse picker. You will click on the "contents" tab (instead of the "verses" tab).
Thanks, JT. I checked this particular book on the PC, and it has a TOC. So, how do I "click on the contents tab" vs. the "verse tab." As you know, this is a dictionary, and I want to be able to skip to the word entry I am looking for as it usually takes me to the correct page, but not to the Hebrew word itself. Thanks for the help.

That is the same button you press to get the verse picker in Bibles and commentaries. There is no verse picker for this resource, but there is a TOC
JT, Vol IX does not need a TOC, because it gives me a list of the words. Can you give me an example of how you make the TOC work (and I know it has a TOC) using any word with more than one meaning in Volumes I through VIII? When I press on TOC on the mobile it takes me to the beginning, and it does not show the various words as it does in the PC, if you know what I mean.
