"Resources are ready to be added to your library"

Hi,

I just rebooted my Windows laptop, let it install Windows updates, and let Logos install the latest beta 3 updates. I restarted Logos a couple times, but this message "Resources are ready to be added to your library" still persists... Why?

Provide some logs (start with CTRL key). Do you Automatically Start Downloads and Download New Resources (in Program Settings)?

I restarted Logos one more time and the problem (as well as a couple other Factbook issues) resolved themselves. Thanks.
