The Faithlife app through Google Play and also Amazon Fire (TV's, tablets, etc.) does not consistently autoplay the next Mobile-Ed segment/episode correctly when a course is being re-watched. An unwatched course autoplays perfectly.
It seems that when watching a course some segments indicate that a few seconds are left even though the whole segment has been watched. Therefore, when rewatching the whole course those segments resume with a few seconds left when they are autoplayed from the previous segment. So basically it seems like it is just skipping segments until it comes to one that had no time remaining on it to be watch and therefore starts from the beginning of that segment. That makes it impossible to rewatch the whole course. This also happens with the Windows desktop Logos software too by the way.
The only place where autoplay works correctly all the time when rewatching a Mobile-Ed course is through tv.faithlife.com, the website, as far as I can tell (I don't normally use it).
Regardless of where I left off in the next segment, the next segment should always start from the beginning. That does not happen with the Faithlife TV app, but it does on tv.faithlife.com. So, even if I purposely stop in the middle of, for example, segment 4, after watching segment 3 the autoplay to segment 4 should start at the beginning just like the Faithlife TV website does.
The website, tv.faithlife.com, correctly adds a "?resume=false" to the query string of the web address when auto-playing. The equivalent for the Faithlife TV app, whatever that is, needs to happen when playing the next segment too. Autoplay works correctly and as expected from the website.
I've noticed this problem for years and a fix for this would be greatly appreciated so I can reuse my purchased courses without frustration. Thanks!
The attached image is from the Faithlife TV app installed from Google Play on a Note 9 mobile device. Rewatching the course in the image and other courses is practically impossible because the app always tries to resume on autoplay instead of starting from the beginning.
