Are published Notebooks updated?
When I look at the date on public Notebooks, the dates are not current. Are these notebooks updated as the author makes changes to them?

Even withdrawing a Notebook from publication and publishing it again failed to change the date. It was not updated to show the latest Notes.
If it is too much to continuously update published Notebooks, could they be updated occasionally on a regular basis?

Is there a way to erase a published notebook, so that publishing it again will have the effect of updating?
