New Resources not Available for Download
I'm know this isn't the best time of the day/week to get support but:
- About an hour ago, I bought some new resources (L7 Legacy libraries)
- They have not shown up to d/l in my L9 desktop program (Windows--freshly installed yesterday).
- The books do show up at app.logos.com and in my mobile app.
- Update now (multiple times) shows nothing; neither does update resources
- Have also restarted Logos (twice) and rebooted the system.

Check your purchase at https://www.logos.com/account/orders
If you have not received a download notification by now, restart Logos with CTRL key held and upload the compressed logs folder after a few minutes using the paper-clip icon.

Thanks for replying, Dave. The purchases are listed in my account orders, and I can open the books on app.logos.com. They still aren't showing up in L9.
Logs are attached. Note that this is a new install about 30 hours old.8154.LogosLogsNoDL.zip

Okay, this is getting curious (to me, at least) now. I checked my library; the resources are listed there. Here is the message I get when I open one:
See the first post for info. on my internet settings within the program. I've been playing with those now, but they're still not forcing the download to happen. Like I said, this is a new installation of Logos.
EDIT: I think when I made the purchase, Download New Resources may have been set to No. It's Yes now, but I'm not getting a notification to download the batch.

Problem solved, I think. Because "Download New Resources" was set to No when I made the purchase, only the entries were added to the library. "Update Now" does nothing because technically they are not updates after this point. I followed the instructions in this post:
https://community.logos.com/forums/p/187966/1085923.aspx#1085923
I went to the Library, viewed "Devices: Not on this Device", selected all listed and right-clicked to download.
I still think there should be a command like "Update Now" that would work in situations like this.

There is - update resources

Sean said above that he tried that - I’m not sure that is designed to catch this case.

If my understanding of it is correct it should ... but it takes a long time to run. Let's see if Dave chimes in - his memory is better than mine on stuff like this.

It won't. "update resources" respects the "Download New Resources = No" setting; it doesn't override it.
If "Download New Resources" is set to "No", then Logos 9 will not download newly-purchased resources; they will only show up in the Library as Cloud Resources.

This is as I expected ... I read it with the assumption that the update resources was already changed to download new resources.
