New Resources not Available for Download

I'm know this isn't the best time of the day/week to get support but:

  • About an hour ago, I bought some new resources (L7 Legacy libraries)
  • They have not shown up to d/l in my L9 desktop program (Windows--freshly installed yesterday).
  • The books do show up at app.logos.com and in my mobile app.
  • Update now (multiple times) shows nothing; neither does update resources
  • Have also restarted Logos (twice) and rebooted the system.
