Highlight + click merge, and you get a muddle. surely merge should be working L->R top to bottom...
I can repeat this with smaller custom text sections as well..
hopefully not too many scratching heads...

From the examples, it looks like the words are being merged in the order they were highlighted. It looks like you selected from left to right when you dragged over the words. I'm not sure merge is expected to be used in this way, but if Logos can do as you asked, more power to them.
