    MJ,

    This is a lot of outstanding information. You mentioned a PBB is in the works. Is the PBB ready for distribution? If so, how can we get a copy. I find these types of tips and tricks very useful but I'm a bit overwhelmed (at first) trying to incorporate them into my current setup. Any help would be appreciated.

    The very top line lists the available files for the PBB at this point. It is divided into multiple files because of the size but they may be combined into a single PBB.
