With the recent (incomplete) restructuring of the resource types, there are many resources in the wrong categories. Some of these are easy to find e.g. subject:autobiography ANDNOT type:autobiography. But more importantly, with the sale on Logos 7 legacy base packages, some of us are getting catechisms, confessional documents, service books that we don't recognize as such. Does Book of Concord really tell the person unfamiliar with the Lutheran tradition that it has confessional documents and catechism? People in the various traditions can help Kyle get their books right.
Similarly, the expansion of Factbook into the library and the addition of a navigation menu in Factbook have made errors in the Factbook data more visible. Errors found recently have required specialized knowledge - the Catholic distinction between sacrament/sacramental; the Germany Lutheran/Evangelical tradition for coding a theologian's denominational strand.
It is unrealistic/foolish to think that Faithlife has all the expertise to get all this data right. We as users need to be proactive in reviewing and reporting the errors. Every error that is corrected helps thousands of other users.
So I am pleading for someone who is good at motivating people to take on the task of cajoling forum users to do their part ... reporting the problems where Kyle and Sean are most interested in seeing them
