BUG: Commentaries facet switch misbehaves when multiple PGs open

Verbum 9.6.0.0020, Windows 10.

To replicate:

Open two or more Passage Guides.
Change the facet for commentaries in any PG (e.g., from "Era" to "Denomination").
Observe that the facet is changed for all PGs.

Expected behaviour: The facet only changes for the PG I changed it for.

This is not a bug, we don't have per guide instance settings.

In cases where Philana tells us (correctly) a glitch in the UI is not technically a bug, we need to resubmit the report as a suggestion so that it will be properly logged as creating difficult for the users.
