Hi

This should be obvious but how do I link to panels?

In the image below, clicking a bible reference on the left hand side should see that scripture appear in the right hand side.

Thanks

Normally, in layout view, there's a couple of linked chains top left. After you select that, there's a series of circles for each resource that you want to link.

That said, clicking a reference does a popup, at the bottom of which is the go-to link (unrelated to resource linking; the go-to uses your prioritized Bible presumably your ESV).

    Thank you.

I have just found them ... But they are not what I want … I think that I was using the wrong jargon again [:)]

in the old desktop app I think it was target mode or similar. I want all links to open into the adjacent panel.

BTW. How do I change the prioritised bible on iOS? That is another button  that still eludes me (along with disabling community notes on all resources and adapting highlighting colours when in dark mode! … the list is too long for a single thread! … one thing at a time [:D])

    That is available under Settings

Graham told you correctly, but for clarification: This preference syncs... it is not a "per installation" preference. If you change it on the desktop, it will roll here. If you change it here, it will roll to your desktop.

The mobile app doesn't have the notion of target mode like the desktop (i.e. send links to a particular panel). However, if you long press on a link in the iOS app, you get some additional options. In this case, if you long press on a link in the left pane, you should be able to say "open in right section". Hope that helps.
