Concordance Section

The Concordance section lists all occurrences of a given supplemental data label for a given passage. This section can be added to any guide that is based on a passage. In both cases, hovering over the section header and clicking Settings allows users to select the supplemental data label they wish to view. These labels include:

I find it worthwhile to maintain this group of resources with a mytag value. This allows me to search easily for the format, definitions, and values of the label attributes.

Search

It is simple to replicate the guide section with a search limited to the appropriate reference and Bible and the label search argument stripped of all attributes e.g. {Label Prepositional Phrase}.

In a user built search one can search for all labels rather than searching one label at a time. For this, limit the search argument to {Label *}. As with any wild card search, this search is slow; in addition, there is little (if any) text not included in a label rendering the results useful primarily to obtain a full count.

The guide permits multiple occurrences of the Concordance section, each set to a different label. This allows one to scan the passage for all labels of interest but requires commitment to build and maintain.

Supplemental materials

The supporting materials vary by label and the content of the user’s library. Beyond the resources defining the label and its attribute values, there are no standard resources providing support.
