When I quote TDNT in a Word document, the footnote is truncated. It looks like this:
, vol. 1, Theological Dictionary of the New Testament, ed. Gerhard Kittel, Geoffrey W. Bromiley and Gerhard Friedrich, electronic ed. (Grand Rapids, MI: Eerdmans, 1964-), 371-72.
It should look more like this:
10 Gerhard Kittel, Gerhard Friedrich and Geoffrey William Bromiley, Theological Dictionary of the New Testament, Translation of: Theologisches Worterbuch Zum Neuen Testament. (Grand Rapids, Mich.: W.B. Eerdmans, 1995, c1985), 930.
What seems to be missing is the authors at the front of the reference.
Note: I already know about the bug in 4.od that omits footnote #s. I assume the problem with TDNT is unrelated.
