Factbook not working

Hello all, the Factbook feature is not working for me.  I updated to 9.6.0.0020 yesterday and I am wondering if this issue on my end or if it's potentially a bug in the update. Im am using a MacBook running OSX 10.15.7. Thanks for any input.

    Welcome to the forums. On Win 10 it is working for me.  What entry are you trying to see? What package of features do you own?

    Two things i just noticed.

    I am getting the following error message within Factbook:

    "Contents unavailable. Ensure you have installed all updates."

    Also, Ive restarted the program a few times in an attempt to resolve the issue and each time Logos has downloaded an "update" that is 37.8 MB.

    It's resolved. I'm not aware of a way to make Logos index without buying something, so I purchased the least expensive thing on my wishlist, Logos indexed and the Factbook works perfectly now.
