Noticable Keyboard Lag
I recently purchased a M1 Mac Mini and I also have a 2017 MacBook Pro. Recently, when I type notes in the desktop app, the keyboard seems to get way ahead of what I see on the screen. I don't type that fast. In fact, I've typed in other apps and everything keeps up just fine. On the 2017 MacBook Pro, it's much worse even than on the Mac Mini.
The differences are, on the Mac Mini, I didn't download all files, but this is the same note file on both machines.
I had noticed this kind of problem several years ago, but then it went away. I type notes daily during my quiet time. As a result, this has become an everyday issue, but I think it only began in the last few weeks. I don't know if it was prompted by an OS upgrade or a Logos Upgrade.
Keyboard is a Bluetooth connected Logitech K780 on both. Lag seems to only be in Logos on both. Both are running macOS 11.4 Big Sur. Mini has 8 GB of Ram, MacBook has 16 GB. Logos is 9.6 SR-1 9.6.0.0023.
Is anyone else experiencing a lag when typing in notes using the Mac Desktop app?

Over 100 GB on one machine, over 200 GB on the other.
