Sermon Manager is Sunday to Saturday even for Lectionaries, should be Thur-Wed

I understand that for the non-lectionary preachers, the week runs Sunday to Saturday, but the lectionary runs Thursday to Wednesday.

You are absolutely correct for the RCL Sunday+Daily. There are also "week" variations for the Jewish lectionary and for the 7th day Adventists.
