"Save as Passage List" does not show

 Something strange is happening when I try to create a passage list from a paragraph in the Pillar commentary on the Letters of John. LB selects a much larger section and does not give me the option of "Save as Passage List." Instead, it gives me the option to "Add to Passage List" but the results are not what one would expect. 

This is correct result that I get when doing the same thing in other resources (the arrow should be higher to "Save as Passage List"):

I don't know if this is a bug or if it has something to do with Pillar commentaries.

    I believe on the left of the context menu you have the reference selected (outlined in blue below) as opposed to the text itselt (outlined in red)
