A previously-noticed bug allows anchoring only one note in a non-Bible resource. (ie: Talmud)
As a work-around, create a Note in the non-Bible resource, then add anchors to Bible references.
Is there a method to rearrange anchors within a note, so the Bible reference (the primary reason for the Note) is at the top of the list?
