Sermon Manager Takes Forever to load

Logos Bible Software 9.6 SR-2 9.6.0.0024
Sermon Manager opens in both Desktop and WebApp but doesn't load sermons.
It see to be "Unable to connect to the remote server"
Is the server down or is this a bug?

There was an outage around the time indicated, so this should be fixed.
