BUG: Opening Multiple Notes Panels Disables Some Buttons
When I open more than one "Notes" panel, certain buttons are disabled/frozen. See the GIF below. In order to see it, you might need to click on the image to open in in a new panel for the animation. Specifically the sidebar button and the expand note button do not work.

I am on Mac and do not see this issue on my installation. Which specific version of the app? Specific version of which OS? Logs?

Using MacOS 11.5 but not in dark mode (?) I don't see this either.

Trying to replicate exact conditions. It doesn't happen when I just open two. Usually it happens when I open multiple panes and they are from different notebooks.
