Can I install Logos 9 on a Windows 7 Professional operating system?
Welcome to the forums. Minimum requirements are given at Logos Minimum System Requirements – Logos Help Center. Unfortunately, in this case the answer appears to be no.

MJ is right: It won't run on that version of windows. However, I think that you should be able to run the web app at app.logos.com. It is worth a try.
