Background Colors - Changed?

Did background color selections change in the Notes Tool?

It appears so. I just attempted to highlight some text within a note, and I do not see the "yellow-highlighter" color that I usually use. Now, the yellow has more of an orange hue.

Additionally, I pulled up an older note where I had used the previous yellow color, clicked on the highlight, clicked on the background color icon, but none of the colors have a selection box around them; thus, further indicating that this color seems to have DISAPPEARED from the Notes Tool. (???)

I would appreciate any information.
