I've tried several OT Bible references and none work - I don't get any results. Does anyone else have this problem or is it a personal problem on my end?

Any chance you have multiple logins and logged in with an id that does not own the dataset?
No, this is my primary login account with bells and whistles. Is there a specific resource this requires? This used to work a long time ago, but haven't used it in a while. Now it doesn't work. I wonder if I hid a required resource.

Great idea, MJ, but it didn't work. Same problem.
I left time between steps and closed and reopened logo a couple times to make sure everything was synced and indexed.
I tried several passage and then noticed that the Panel History arrow (on the right end of the navigation bar) only had two of the passages I tried. Any others I tried were not included in the list. When I select between the two in the list, the reference box on the left side of the navigation bar didn't change.
Also, the forward and backward arrows right next to the Panel History selector don't change the reference on the left side either.
P.S.
The Help and Multiple Resources Display functions don't do anything either!
I would call tech support - I'm out of plausible ideas that the reload wouldn't have fixed.
