Is it possible to allow us to choose Estrangela for the desktop app. I have the Peshitta by George Kiraz and it is frustrating not being able to change the font to from the default Serto.
In the upper right of the tool bar, open the application menu, and select program settings. Syriac should have a list of options similar to mine shown above.
I had an email from tech support saying it isn't possible in the desktop app. Where would I find these fonts to install?
Sorry, me again. Thank you. I am in business now. It's was simple, U can't understand why the support line couldn't tell me this. They told me it was impossible and suggested I make a request.

I suspect that the support line is staffed mostly by folks who know everything about the basics of the programme but, in true bell curve manner, know less about the edges.
In the forum you get help from regular preachers, eccentric academics and jolly fools. All you need to be able to do is sort out which is which.

On macOS Big Sur 11.5, Syriac Fonts have more choices:

Actually, my font selection has a scroll bar - I didn't show all the options. They appear to be the same.
