Custom Workflows

Somehow I have managed to get some custom workflows, 2 of which has the same name.  There is nothing in the workflow and I would like to delete them,  How can I do this?  Right clicking on the workflow bring up a submenu of open, open in new tab, floating tab or pin to top.

    That's strange - I get a delete option as well.

    Are these workflows you have created yourself or downloaded from someone?

    When I right-click on any of the custom workflows this is what I get.  If I downloaded these from public documents I don't remember, but in any case I don't use them and would like to delete if possible
