Headword or chapter title filter in notes view

When looking at a resource (in my case a lengthy dictionary article) I love being able to filter down to only seeing my highlights.

Is there a way to only view one chapter or headword at a time in this view though?

For example, I have highlighted sections of NIDNTTE on πιστεύω. Down the road after I've highlighted many sections from many entries is there an easy way to show highlights from ONLY πιστεύω (or any other heading)?

In a resource like that, you would have to put your word highlights in different Notebooks. In a bible, you can choose a Book (but not a chapter).
