Create a collection from search results?
I am trying to create a collection of works that reference Theodotion, and then make that a collection to refer back to when I researching certain passages to see if Theodotion made a recension of the passage.
Other than adding them one by one (there's a lot) is there any way to create the collection from the search results?

Wow! This would really be useful. Unfortunately, I can offer no solution. I bet this would get votes as a feature request. I tried doing something similar just today and the best option I had (which is still not very efficient) was to drag and drop items from search into a Bibliography. From the Bibliography you can export it to a collection.
Not ideal, but still faster than creating collection rules.

I am not at my computer right now, but I thought you could create a bibliography from the results, and then from that create a collection. Perhaps I'm making that up in my heard. I'll check when I get to the house if no one else confirms/denies before then.

An accurate collection rule would be favored as this search in my library has 1,430 resource results.I tried doing something similar just today and the best option I had (which is still not very efficient) was to drag and drop items from search into a Bibliography. From the search results, bring up the resource, then bring up the information pane, and add your tag "Theodotion" or whatever to each resource. Then create a collection using mytag:Theodotion. It's still time consuming, but just an option to consider. Even though it's still time consuming, it seems a better approach than trying to add in possibly hundreds of resources into a collection.

I've found that saving a bibliography with thousands of items into a collection bogs down in Logos. For instance, I created a bibliography of over 5,000 resources and tried to save as a collection. Logos really bogs down. So, be careful about adding in large amounts of resources in the collection without a rule, and just using "Plus these resources".
