Downloading Logos 9

I just bought logos 9 and cannot download either onto my MacBook Air or my pc desktop. I am really frustrated!!! All my answers from tech support is greek to me. I don't think its my computers problem. I have never had an issue downloading anything else.

    Have you checked your order history for a download link to the engine?
