error in footnote reference

When I copy from at source into Word, the reference in footnote shows this:
@book{Smith_2009,
place={Nashville, TN},
series={The New American Commentary},
title={Isaiah 40-66},
volume={15B},
publisher={Broadman & Holman Publishers},
author={Smith, Gary},
year={2009},
pages={95},
collection={The New American Commentary}}
It seems that something is going wrong with the formatting. Anyone others having this problem?
think it began after opgrade to 7.7

It looks like the default citation style might be set to "BibTex". Try choosing a different style in Program Settings.
