Issues with Personal Book Builder

Was wondering if anyone has had similar issues.
Whenever I attempt to "add file" to the Personal Book, it freezes up with a not responding as soon as I click on the DOCX file. This issue is only on the Windows 10; my MAC version is working fine. This has been ongoing for a few weeks and nothing I do seems to resolve it.
Appreciate any feedback.

Is it the same file on both computers? Have you tried updating and restarting windows?

Same file is being used. I've run anti-software, updated windows, and restarted the computer to no avail. Keeps freezing up.

Then your next step is to post logs.

If the file is not copyrighted info and you feel comfortable doing so, David's suggestion is good too. Other windows users can check to see if there is a windows specific bug.

Where is the file located e.g. local drive, network drive, cloud? I can access files on OneDrive without issues.

I've tried local drive and OneDrive. Both don't work. I have over 1000 personal books; all of them experience the same issues when I try to upload on my Windows 10. Yet they all worked at one point. So frustrating.
Thanks for your help

Have you tried reading one of them as a .docx in MSWord (or another .docx editor)? It sound to me suspiciously like they have been stored or saved in an incompatible format even a Mac/PC incompatibility.
The other thing I would do is if I can read it in MSWord, I would make a small change, save, and see if the updated file can be read by the PBB.Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
