The add note icon in the context menu that appears when you select some bit of text in a resource is a little confusing given most UI (at least that I've seen). It looks very similar to the copy icon used in many other applications. (For example, the copy icon in the ribbon of Window's File Explorer.) It might be clearer if the icon were changed to a document with a plus sign, to indicate adding a document (or note in this case). For example, cf. the add file icon in Microsoft's VS Code.
