Synchronization problems between PC and Ipad

I am suddenly having problems in the sermon mode between my PC and my iPad.  Changes are not transferring between the two devices.

Hi Donald - and welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Some questions:

1. What version of Logos are you running on both platforms?
2. What operating system version do you have on your PC?
3. Are other things - such as Notes - synchronising between them?
4. Is the problem one way or both ways?
5. Is there a red exclamation mark in the middle of the "sync circle" on your PC? (This will indicate a sync problem on that system)
6. Can you check in the sermon file you should find at documents.logos.com? This is a copy of your sermon doc held on one of the Logos cloud servers. Do you see changes made on either platform appearing in that document
