BUG: 4.1B2: CRASH on selecting Print/Export Window

I had "assorted" Resources and Panels open In Logos4.

I selected NIV, and typed "Gen" into the Navigation bar. NIV opened to the Title of Gen, as expected.

I pressed Control-P for Print/Export.

(Print/Export opened to a new floating window, but did NOT become the forground window)

I selected the Print/Export window, from the Windows Taskbar.

CRASH ==> log created. 0003.Logos4Crash.txt

Interesting one because my preview (and the XPS document) shows only the name of the Book ie. it will not print the Introduction whilst it will print pericope headings! I think it should assume we want Chapter 1 and the Introduction if we enter only the book name.
