Book up for PrePub I already own (WS error or Forgotten FLEB?)

Both of the above are Research Editions, so don't match the ebook editions that both you and I own. We need to get an answer from FL as to what they are planning to do to take care of us.

Agreed. My other worry is that it doesn't cause a hassle for others as well. This previously happened with another book just recently. https://community.logos.com/forums/p/202389/1176903.aspx

I got charged, had to call to get a refund, and then had to call again to get the book for free because it wasn't showing that I owned it and would affect future bundling prices so now I have two copies of it.

Still not showing as owned for me.

UPDATE:

It was showing as owned if I searched by author, but not by the above link. I canceled my pre-pub order and now it shows as owned when the link is clicked. Evidently it kept my old pre-pub order. You have to cancel the 2nd book order manually. Then, everything is OK.[:D]
