Indexing and downloading Updates not working
I've never had any problems with indexing in the past ten years, but have run into some issues this evening. I'm running Logos 9.7 SR-1 on Windows 10 patched up to date. This evening, two issues have arisen:
- Indexing is running, but remains at 0% however long I leave it running.
- The blue update reminder shows updates are ready to be added and will be added when the program is restarted, but this does not happen.
I've restarted my PC and restarted Logos multiple times, to no avail. There are errors showing in the logs, but I can't work out what they mean so I am submitting them to the collective wisdom of the forums! I was going to delete my index file but from the errors it appears that there is a problem reading a particular file so Ithought it might save me time to ask for help here. Delete the folder C:\Users\gregw\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\fcipbxqg.2qo\LibraryIndex and restart Logos (it will start to re-index your Library).

Thank you Dave - I thought that was probably the solution, but wanted to check in case I could save myself a complete reindex. Updates are now no longer appearing and indexing is now up to 3% - I need to find something else to do for the rest of the day so I am not checking every five minutes!

A normal rebuild index command would fail (as did the automatic reindex that Logos attempted) because part of the index is corrupted.
