Indexing and downloading Updates not working

I've never had any problems with indexing in the past ten years, but have run into some issues this evening. I'm running Logos 9.7 SR-1 on Windows 10 patched up to date. This evening, two issues have arisen: 

  1. Indexing is running, but remains at 0% however long I leave it running. 
  2. The blue update reminder shows updates are ready to be added and will be added when the program is restarted, but this does not happen. 

I've restarted my PC and restarted Logos multiple times, to no avail. There are errors showing in the logs, but I can't work out what they mean so I am submitting them to the collective wisdom of the forums!  I was going to delete my index file but from the errors it appears that there is a problem reading a particular file so Ithought it might save me time to ask for help here.  Log files attached. 0116.Logos Logs 210831.zipAny help welcome.
