The New Testament in Antiquity: A Survey of the New Testament within Its Cultural Contexts

Logos has 2 editions of this book. I am interested in your comments on it. The earlier version lists Lynn Cohick as one of the authors but the revised edition does not. I am curious as to why. Were her articles taken out in the revised edition? I am taking a Mobile Ed course that uses this book but I am sure it is the original edition.

My understanding was that she was writing the commentary on Ephesians for the NICNT series. in the preface to the 2nd edition the current authors wrote "Lynn Cohick’s other commitments led to her decision to step away from the revision"..
