Conflicting results in Bible Word Study regarding the number of times a word appears in the Bible

In Bible Word Study, I notice that for some words, the total displayed number of times the word occurs in the Bible (New Testament) in the Lemma section differs from the translation section. I thought both results drew from the Greek New Testament and thus would be the same. I watched several videos on the Bible Word study and understood this to be the case. For example, when I search "logos" it shows 329 in the lemma section up top, but 330 in the translation section (see below). If I search the same using the morph search bar, I get 330.

Can someone help explain this? Which one gives the accurate result? Thanks.

The count in the Lemma section is based off your preferred Bible. The count in the Translation section is based on the Bible you selected in the Settings drop-down for that section.

Ok thanks. So this does not necessarily tell you how many times it actually appears in the Greek text, then? It doesn't allow me to select my greek text in the translation section. The morph search would then be the most accurate way to determine the number of times a word appears then, I suppose?

That's correct.

Right, since it's only for displaying information about translations.

That's one option. You could also get that information using the Concordance tool.

The Morphology Charts interactive (if you own this, you'll have a link at the bottom of the Lemma section in the Bible Word Study) will also provide counts from the SBLGNT.
